MYPTstudio boasts excellent training facilities, right in the centre of Croydon. MYPTstudio is a private Personal Training studio, no gym fee applies you only pay your Personal Trainer.

Running (up to marathon distance), Triathlon (up to Ironman distance), Duathlon (short distance, winning a number of amateur races)
Strength & Conditioning, Powerlifting (BDFPA) – First Competition October 2016-Qualification for British National Championships
But she has also struggled with weight issues during a period of inactivity and lost 3 stones in 2010 by returning to sports and eating a healthier more balanced diet.
Beatrice holds a dual qualification from NASM UK (recognized in the UK and the US) as a Personal Trainer and is an ETP certified Nutritional Advisor
Combining her experience in treating and providing exercise rehab to recreational/amateur athletes and non-athletes alike & her own sporting background her specialties are

Her background in having studied chiropractic and sports massage gives her in depth knowledge into biomechanics and sports/training physiology and psychology.

Recreational Running Groups
Be Cool Running meets for two runs per week:
Mondays 7pm Lloyd Park café (CR0 5RA): up to 45min min run for improvers,
Tuesdays7:30pm Lloyd park café:( CR0 5RA): 25-30min run for beginners, run-walk-run lots of individual attention. This is for people who haven’t run in a long time or who are completely new to running.
Both of these runs are ideal for anyone living in the Croydon postcode and West Wickham, Sutton, Wallington and South Norwood/Norbury.
One to One Coaching
For any type/level runner.
These sessions can include working on running technique, interval and or track sessions, run specific strength training sessions.
The cost varies depending on the block of sessions booked and if other items such as training plans are purchased.
One off sessions are £45/hr
Block bookings between £37.50 and £42.50/hr
All sessions are based in Croydon

There are a number of plans available, again you will be completing a form or we will meet (depending on location) to allow us to determine your needs, goals, circumstances, previous training, race plans etc
